Goal achieved!

At the Annual General Meeting, it is noted that the association has fulfilled its objective. The following changes are therefore decided:

• The association structures are to be reduced to a minimum
• The association should continue to operate independently at least until the warranty periods for open and hidden defects for all realised infrastructures have expired
• The members of the association should be asked to leave the association
• The Board resigns with the exception of Felix Howald, the Chairman, and René Fischer
• The foundation board members of the Lucerne – Rotsee Rowing Centre Foundation are elected as additional new board members
• Cédric Habermacher passes over the management to René Fischer.
