The rowing centre on Lake Rotsee was completely renovated between 2012 and 2016. The rowing centre is owned and operated by the Lucerne – Rotsee Rowing Centre Foundation, which was founded in 1966 by the “Lucerne Regatta Association”. In addition to the rowing centre, the finish tower and the ‘Urs-Fankhauser-Lounge’ on the finish area, the foundation’s portfolio also includes the regatta-specific facilities (starting facility with starting tower, pontoons, Albano-system, motorboats, etc.).

The aim of this website is to inform interested parties about rowing activities on Lake Rotsee. Users of the facilities for training purposes must register directly via this website and request authorisation to access and use the facilities. To ensure smooth operation, terms of use, rules on the water, house rules and other important information are also available on this website.
