Development Study: The Future of the Rotsee and Rowing

After the unsuccessful bid for the 2007 Rowing World Championships, questions arose about whether the regatta venue at Lucerne’s Rotsee would continue to hold significance in the international regatta calendar.

In response, the Lucerne Regatta Association collaborated with the Canton and City of Lucerne, the Municipality of Ebikon, and the Swiss Rowing Federation to commission a comprehensive development study for the Rotsee from the company Metron. (Entwicklungsstudie)
